We are a non-profit organization that, with the help of our members, is trying to generate a greater sense of community. Rio Brazos POA is a restricted community on the banks of the Brazos River halfway between Weatherford and Granbury, TX on the old Tin Top Hwy.

 

 

Important information

2024 New Boat Ramp and Pool keys will be available:   

                      Saturday, April 27th and Saturday, May 4th

                                                  9 am - 11 am 

                                                          

Keys will NOT be sold on Memorial Day Weekend

  • Must be a property owner of record
  • Current on maintenance fees
  • Keys are 30.00 per year. 
  • Keys limited to 2 per property owner

              Rentals - Key will be in property owners name and must submit rental agreement

  • $30.00 with $50.00 Deposit

           ALL LOST KEYS ARE $ 150.00

 

We are thrilled about the interest the community is showing in our organization. We will work to keep you updated on important information through this website. It will be a work in progress for some time to come.
